2012 FALL FC HARLEM PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

On-line Registration ONLY - PLEASE FILL THE FORM BELOW

What: This program is for youth looking to improve their technical skills. Licensed Coaches and former college players will develop youth through drills and fitness. Individual players assessments will be provided to each player upon completion of program.

Who: Boys and Girls from ages 7 to 12 from Harlem, Washington Heights and Bronx neighborhoods.
Proof of Residency Required

Skill Level Required: Intermediate (played at least 2 years in rec league)

Where We Play: Jacob Schiff Soccer Field (138th and Amsterdam Ave)

Cost: $100 per participant

When: Season Starts September 15, 2012 and Ends November 26, 2012 (Saturdays Only)

Time: 3pm to 5pm

Availability: 50 spots. 25 boys and 25 girls

Cash only accepted for registered participants on t-shirt pickup day.

All Payments must be received by COB 7.21.12

If payment has not been received the by 7.21.12 the registration will be cancelled and we will open to those on wait list.
